Your Life’s Play is a transformative retreat created for women who are ready to break free—from self-imposed limits, old fears, and deeply held beliefs that no longer serve them. It’s time to stop living by the rules and start living your truth.
Through powerful, embodied exercises that bring the unconscious into the light, we’ll confront and rewrite the stories we’ve been telling ourselves. This is where creativity, vitality, and wild freedom begin to flow again.
Expect to get playful and untamed—dancing like no one’s watching, shouting out old fears, dressing up, and reclaiming the magic of pretend. This retreat is about reconnecting with your uninhibited inner child—the part of you that knows how to explore, have fun, and feel pure joy.
Together, we’ll unravel outdated patterns, laugh from the belly, and find the courage to live on our own terms. It’s time to set down the weight of your life’s work and embrace the lightness of your life’s play.

LIMINA RENEWAL CENTER
A beautiful 15 acre property on the coastline of Maine.
Originally built as an 8000 square foot private residence, Limina was purchased by the current owners and converted into a retreat center, adding 4000 additional square feet in the lower level. This created dedicated spaces for meditation, sound healing and more.
There are 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a beautiful living room, dining room, a massive front porch overlooking the ocean, walking trails, and more.
